You can e-mail us your request and we will answer to you as soon as possible.

Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the receipt of BGT’s confirmation is e-mailed.
In order to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 20% is required. The rest amount will be paid to the driver on the day of the service.
You can cancel or change your booking. Alternations or cancelations should only be made via e-mail. Except otherwise stated, any booking cancelled up until 48 hours prior to the agreed date and time the deposit will be refunded.
Bookings cancelled within the last 48 hours prior to the agreed date and time will be fully charged with the deposit.
  1. a) You can pay the driver in cash or with a credit card at the time of pick up. Credit card payment should be mentioned in advance, when you are making the booking.
  2. b) You can make a bank transfer in advance to BGT’s account. Contact BGT for details.
  3. c) For online payments we accept PayPal (Payment e-mail: bestgreektransfer@gmail.com)   
Offered prices include all local taxes, tolls & fuels but they do not include any admission fees at museum and sites you may visit, lunches or drinks, boat tickets. Gratuities
Yes, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall, holding a board sign with your name.
